4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancel up to 7 days before your session for a full refund.

• 3–6 days: 50% refund.

• Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refund.

5. Certification & Course Completion

• Certificates of participation are emailed within 3 business days of course completion.
