1. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to register for our programs. Corporate clients must have proper authority to act on behalf of their organizations.

2. Registration & Payment
• All courses must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Fees are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change course fees with reasonable notice.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Participant Cancellations:
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session: Full refund.
• Cancellations within 3–6 days: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows: No refund.
Company Cancellations/Rescheduling:
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability, insufficient enrollment).
• In such cases, participants may choose a rescheduled date or receive a full refund.

4. Use of Materials & Intellectual Property
• All training content, including slides, recordings, exercises, workbooks, handouts, and digital materials, are the intellectual property of Kish Executive Learning unless otherwise credited.
• Participants may use materials for personal and internal business use only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share any materials, including through recording, screenshots, or redistribution without written consent.
• Breach of these terms may result in legal action and immediate revocation of access without a refund.

5. Confidentiality
• All participant and corporate information shared during training sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
• Likewise, clients are expected to treat our proprietary methodologies, processes, and strategies as confidential.

6. Conduct During Sessions
• Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior during virtual or on-site sessions may result in removal from the course without refund.
• Participants are expected to engage professionally and constructively.

7. Recording & Photography
• We may record sessions or take photographs for quality assurance, promotional, and training purposes.
• Participants will be informed in advance and can opt out of appearing in any media.

8. Technology Requirements (for Virtual Training)
• Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and functioning audio/visual equipment.
• We are not liable for interruptions due to individual connectivity or device issues.

9. Limitation of Liability
• While we strive for high-quality learning experiences, we make no guarantees of specific results from participation.
• Kish Executive Learning and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the course fee paid.

• We collect and process personal information in line with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
• By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the policy.

11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemics, government restrictions, or internet outages.
